Deadline: Sweepstakes begins November 1st, 2009. Entries must be received by
midnight Eastern Time (U.S.) on November 30, 2009. Winners are drawn on the
3rd of each month and posted in the second Newsletter each month. Winners will
be notified by e-mail (or by mail if no e-mail address is given). The previous winners page will be updated on the 1st of the month.
Eligibility: Void where prohibited by law. LostTreasures®, Inc.
employees, staff, contributing writers and their agents, the manufacturer
of this month's prize and the immediate families of the aforementioned are
not eligible to win.
To enter: Complete and submit the form on this page of the LostTreasures®
Online World Wide Web site. All fields marked with an * and colored Red are required. Entries submitted with blank fields or with inappropriate
information will be discarded. NOTE: Only one entry per household
per day will be accepted. Multiple entries will be discarded. You may enter
either by mail or the Internet, but not both. International entries cannot
be accepted at this time.
Alternate entry: Send a 3"x 5" piece of paper in an envelope no larger
than 9.5" x 4.5" with your name and full address, including zip code, along
with the answer to the question above. Mailed entries must have a postmark
between November 1st, 2009 and November 30, 2009, and must be received by December. 3rd,
2009. Mail to Garrett, P.O. BOX 451589, GROVE,
OK 74345-1589. You may enter either by mail or the Internet, but not both.
Multiple daily entries will be discarded.
Winners are liable to pay any tariffs or foreign shipping cost if outside
the U.S.
