Robert, I used a CZ-6 for

Robert, I used a CZ-6 for several years, and I now use a CZ-5, which is the same except it has a speaker and a regular headphone jack.If you're finding new coins, the detector is working fine.  You might go a long time before you find old coins.  The trick is that in order to find old coins, you have to be hunting places where people gathered half a century ago, not where they gather today.  You won't find old coins in school playgrounds, but you will in the yards of older houses near downtown areas. Check out my podcasts - many of them give you tips on finding older coins.  They are at http://thetreasurecorner.com. ---Dan Hughes
