Well I just got my Fisher F5 from UPS lastnight and went out to try it today. I have never used a metal detector before and it was pretty fun. Didn't really find much mostly junk. I did find 57 cent woohoo all from the 90's except a 83 quarter. So nothing to great but I had fun and it was only my first time.

Hello Kahne: I had an F-5 when they first came out. For someone who has never detected before the F5 is a good one to learn on. It's a pretty sensitive machine.  Good Luck
