Omega 8000

I have had mine for several months now. I have been trying to find the right machine that "speaks" to me if you know what I mean. I have 2 that I use mostly and that is the T2 which is newer than my omega, and then my omega. I just bought a Tesoro Deleon but only managed an hour on it before the snow came. That one will have to wait until next year I suppose.

DD Coil

I have a T2 that came with the 11 DD coil. It is definately better than the round coils of the past. You get better ground coverage and increased depth. I've heard nothing but praise for the Omega. I don't think you can go wrong with it. I wish it would have been available when I purchased a back up for my T2.

I love my omega! It is light weight and a killer on coins. I am waiting to buy the DD coil for it as I did not have the opportunity when I bought it.

I don't think you will go wrong with it if you buy it.
