I was up in the French Gulch area outside of Redding, CA. When I came across what looked like an old cabin outline in the ground. I searched it for about two hours when I finally got a hit!!This is what I found. Can anyone tell me what it is?

looks like

this looks like an ore cart dump link.  It would of gone on the heavy chain that either dump the ore or tailings.  Might be old mine shaft near where you found it
