I was given by a good friend a XLT the other day and have been working on learning it. I have only been out with it a few times and found clad and wheaties. Today I asked my neighbor to detect in her yard and of course yes was the answer. Being there only about 45 minutes i found a 1946 Walking Liberty Half, a 1942 Washington Quarter and a 1953 Dime and a few wheaties and the usual clad. Who knows what lies at the neighbors lawn. I have checked mine numerous times and only found 1 indian head a bunch of wheaties and no silver. 2 wheats were 1909 one being a vdb no mint mark though.

XLT

Sounds like you and the XLT were made for each other. You did good with it so far. I can imagine how well you will be doing in a few more months. HH, Cliff
