Sioux and Cheyenne warriors led by Chief Sitting Bull fought Lt. Col. (Bvt. Maj. Gen.) George Armstrong Custers troopers of the Seventh Cavalry in the Little Bighorn Valley of the Montana Territory June 25, 1876.
