- Grand Prize: The White's Coinmaster Pro. Prize cannot be transferred or substituted. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be awarded.
- Deadline: Sweepstakes begins July 1st, 2010. Entries must be received by midnight Eastern Time (U.S.) on July 30, 2010. Winners are drawn on the 3rd day of each month, or the next proceeding business day if the 3rd should fall on any holiday, weekend or any other non-working day, and posted in the second Newsletter each month. Winners will be notified by e-mail (or by mail if no e-mail address is given). The previous winners page will be updated on the 1st of the month if information is available.
- Eligibility: Void where prohibited by law. LostTreasure, Inc. employees, staff, contributing writers and their agents, the manufacturer of this month's prize and any immediate family memebers of the aforementioned are not eligible to win.
- Electronic Entry: Individuals must complete and submit the form on this page of the LostTreasure web site. All fields marked with a red * are required. Entries submitted with blank fields or with inappropriate information will be discarded. NOTE: Only one entry per household per calendar day of the sweepstakes will be accepted. Multiple entries will be denied by the system. You may enter either by mail or the Internet, but not both.
- Mail Entry: Individuals may optionally send a 3"x 5" piece of paper in an envelope no larger than 9.5" x 4.5" with your name and full address, including zip code, along with the answer to the question above in lieu of a website entry. Mailed entries must have a postmark between July 1st, 2010 and July 31th, 2010 and must be received no later than August 2nd, 2010. Mail to WHITE'S ELECTRONICS, P.O. BOX 451589, GROVE, OK 74345-1589.

Rush Limbaugh huh? Maybe he'll wanna go a hunt'in with me. He may know of some real good sites as he travels quite often! Then again, a detector won't find prescription meds. H'mmmmmmmm ! As far as the Pres goes, my tax dollars pays his salary too, so I think I'm entitled to an opinion. Who knows, maybe he would wanna go a hunt'in!? He may be able ta get permission ta hunt at Fort Knox!??? Now that would be really cool huh!?

lost my job to.
Dont feel to bad I lost my job Thursday. Ive been there 2 years and it just ended. And i had to borrow money from my dad to pay my bills and put food in our mouths. But thats not the worst i had to pawn all 3 of my metal detectors just to keep the house a float.

Well, I'm glad someone see's what kinda boat I'm in. Ya know what, It ain't no fun at all!!! Until I lost my job, things were fine, but since then everything has went to shit! Sorry, ban me if you want but that's just the way I feel! I worked at my job for 31 years and then got the AX! I have since drawn my 99 weeks of unemployment and now I am SCREWED!!!! How bizzare is that! No Go Daddy is like Network Solutions they are where you purchase a domain. For the last week at least any time I tried to connect to www.losttreasure.com it would say that the domain expired and is either deleted or renewed or something to that affect, I even went to google and got the same response when I clicked the link. So it's starting to look like it was just me, you now have entered the cyber twilight zone de de de lol.

Anything to do with Cyberland is anybody's guess as to why or what is happening IMHO. ;-)
However, I've had no problem Logging-in on this website and submitting my answer for the Sweepstakes for the last two months at least and prior to that I don't recall having the problem you describe.
Is "Go Daddy" a regular member here like you & I or part of the LT staff ? Sorry, I'm not up-to-speed on this.
The only problem I've had for some time now, is no response to Comments or E-mails from our Webmaster, Aaron. When I first registered at this site, he was very communicative, but then just stopped. I hardly ever see him posting on the Comments board anymore. Maybe that's because member's are answering each other's questions! I copied & pasted below my last E-mail to him on July 7, 2010, to which I've had no reply as yet. This is the latest example and there have been a few others in the past that were never answered. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or is it just me ?

(Is that method a website secret I wonder ?) For example, is each coin worth a penny towards a purchase at the Treasure Store ? Is it just me, or has the domain been expired for at least a week now? Everytime I tried to connect I kept getting Go Daddy saying it's expired, I posted the last time it came back and my post is gone, then the expired thing came back, I'm really glad it's back now and hope to stay! I'm wondering if it's just me since no one else has mentioned anything?

I just took another look at the ad on page 33 of the LT August, 2010 magazine and one of the comments right below "WIN A NEW DETECTOR!" said "This months giveaway is a Coinmaster Pro from White's Electronics.". IMHO, that's pretty conclusive, although I do agree it's a bit confusing when they pick the Spectra V3i for the Sweepstakes question ! Would seem more appropriate to me had they made the Sweepstakes question about the giveaway detector !

Well man, someone posted sump'thin about "if ya wanna know then why not buy the magazine". Well , I for one have not had a job for over 2 years now so not everyone has available cash to pay for a subscription to the magazine! If I was rich I would not even own a detector but I did scrape up enough cash to buy 1 so I could maybe, just maybe get lucky enough to find a buried treasure! So far that ain't happened yet so I'm still look'in for a way to keep from having to live in a cardboard box for the rest of my life!!! Some people think they got it real bad,,,,,,well........you outta be in my shoes boys and girls!!!! It ain't no fun!!!
